Much was propagated through radio and television and newspaper reporting. But to the utter violation of the law of banning the production and distribution of polybags, some unscrupulous traders are still manufacturing the same threatening products. Polybags of different size, colour and thickness are being frequently noticed in the streets of Dhaka as well as elsewhere in the country.
