Application to the headmaster of your school for remission of delay fine

9th July, 2018

The Headmaster

Dhaka Model High School

Dhaka

Subject: Application for remission of delay fine.

Respected Sir,

I, a student of class 10 at your institution, would like to bring to your attention that due to my father's financial crisis, I was unable to pay my tuition fees for the months of April, May and June 2018. Consequently, my name has been removed from the school register, causing me immense mental distress. I would like to highlight that my father is a private company employee who did not receive his salary for the past three months, and last month he had to bear a substantial amount for my elder brother's admission into a medical college. Therefore, my father was unable to manage our family expenses and pay the tuition fees on time.

I request your kind consideration for remitting the delay fine and allowing me to pay only the tuition fees to get myself re-admitted in the class. I am hopeful that you would be considerate of my situation and take the necessary steps to help me continue my education in your esteemed institution.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Yours sincerely,

Rahma Khan

Subject: Request for Remission of Delay Fine

Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to request your kind consideration regarding the remission of a delay fine imposed on me.

As a student of class 10 at your esteemed institution, I regret to inform you that I was unable to pay my tuition fees for the months of April, May, and June 2018. This unfortunate circumstance arose due to my father's financial crisis. He is a private company employee who has not received his salary for the past three months. Additionally, last month, he had to allocate a significant amount towards my elder brother's admission into a medical college. Consequently, our family faced financial constraints, making it impossible for me to settle my tuition fees on time.

I acknowledge my responsibility and sincerely apologize for the delay in payment. I understand the importance of adhering to the school's regulations and the necessity of timely fee payments. Therefore, I humbly request your understanding and compassion in remitting the delay fine. I assure you that I will promptly pay the outstanding tuition fees to facilitate my re-admission into the class.

I am hopeful that you will consider my circumstances sympathetically and grant my request for remission of the delay fine. Your support in this matter would be immensely appreciated, as it will enable me to continue my education without further interruption in your esteemed institution.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Rahma Khan

With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I was unable to clear off the monthly tuition fees for the month of April. I have been studying in this school for last nine years. So long I have been regular in paying my school dues timely. But unfortunately, last month my father could not attend his jobs due to acute physical disease and did not get his salary. Consequently, it was not possible for me to pay the dues of the month of March timely, and the normal delay fine has been imposed upon me as a rule. At present, I am in a sound pecuniary situation to pay my dues.

May, I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind and convinced enough to remit my delay fine for this time and allow me to pay the usual dues and oblige thereby.
