Most respectfully and humbly I would like to draw your kind attention that I was unable to clear my school dues for three months from February / March / April / May to April / May / June / July in time, as because my father was away from home for the last three months. As a result, according to the regulations my name has been struck off from the rolls for the non-payment of my dues.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind and gracious enough to get myself re-admitted on payment of the dues and oblige thereby.
