Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that ours is an old and large school in the Upazilla. It has gained a good fame for its good results and cultural activities. Now more than 2000 students are studying here. Every year the number of the students is increasing wonderfully because of its standard education. Many students from distant places are studying here. Very often they miss their valuable classes.. The rural students also can't reach college on foot in time. So, a good number of students want to reside in the hostel but there is no hostel in our college. A college hostel has a great educative value. It helps the students to make good results. It saves their valuable time. Any weak student can do well in the exam by residing in a hostel. It can be clearly said that there- condition of making a better result of a college is a college hostel. Now we badly feel the importance and necessity of a college hostel.
May I, therefore, requested you . to set up a hostel for us so that we can make better results in order to reach our desired goal of life.

Sir,
With due respect and humble, I beg to state that ours is an old and ideal college in the -Upazila. It is reputed for its better education and good results. It has also a great fame for extra co-curricular activities. About 1500 students both male and female are studying here. We enjoy/ have almost all academic facilities here. There is a big hostel only for the male students. A hostel for female student is also badly needed in our college. A hostel is an important of a college or a school. It helps students to make better results. But it is regret that we are deprived of many modern facilities in our college hostel. There is no common room here and no library in the male hostel. There is no facility of indoor games in our hostel. The value of a common and the indoor games is also very great in our life. They help to remove the monotony of hostel life. They keep us cheerful and happy.
May I. therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly take necessary steps to increase the facilities of our college hostel so that we may get rid of bored life. I remain, Sir,
