Sir,
Most respectfully and humbly we lay before you the following facts for your kind consideration and favourable action.
At present the severe problem which we are confronted with is lack of fans. In our classroom there are already two fans. But this is not enough to serve the purpose during the scorching heat of the summer. For us it is quite unbearable to stay in the classroom. On the other hand, we can neither be fully attentive to our teachers nor can we take active interest in our lessons in such a continuous spell of hot weather. Even effective teaching by our teachers does not carry the impact upon as desired. In this situation, at least one electric fan in every classroom is a dire need for continuing our studies.
We, therefore, fervently pray and hope that you would be kind and convinced enough to percept the aforesaid situation and take the necessary steps for providing the classrooms with a fan and oblige us thereby.
