Hope that you are well now by the blessings of the Almighty. Our parents and all of our family members are well too by the blessing of Almighty. We all are happy hearing your good result. But, we are anxious about your physical weakness and growth. You shouldn’t forget about the importance of physical exercise. Because, it keeps your body fit and strong. And, if you don’t have sound health, your mind will not be sound. You know that sound mind depends on sound health. Sound health, hard work, perseverance, punctuality, sincerity etc. are needed to shine in life. So, try to keep your body fit. Without it you will lose all zest of life and then life would be dull and meaningless to you.

Dear Kamal,
Thanks a lot for your sweet note. I am well. Hope you are also well. I have come to know from mother that you do not take exercise regularly. Really. I am very sorry hearing this. Now I am telling you about the utility of taking physical exercise. There is a wise saying, 'Health is wealth'. It is admitted that sound health is the root of all happiness. The pre-condition of sound health is taking regular exercise. Good health is not possible without regular physical exercise. Our body is like an engine. An engine gets rust without regular service. Similarly, one easily falls sick and becomes weak without regular exercise. The value of exercise is very great in our life. It makes our body strong and fit for hard labour. A person having cheerful mind can easily overcome any challenges and problems successfully. An exercise makes our mind cheerful and removes the monotony of studies and hard works. No student can make a better result without good health. A healthy student can easily make a better result in the exam. But an III healthy bright student cannot do well in the exam. So. in order to maintain health as well as prosper in life, everyone should take physical exercise regularly. I do hope that you must take exercise regularly. No more today.
