As I collected information, you will not be given loans from the general bank. But Grameen Bank, a micro-credit finance institution is ready to grant loans to the poor. In that case first you have to make 5-6 groups of workers, each having five members. All the members must be registered members of the Grameen project. There must be an elected Chairperson and an elected Secretary of the group. They will hold office for a year. The members conduct their business with the bank through the Chairman. Then there must be a centre where the bank will make transaction. These are the initial eligibilities of taking loan from the Grameen Bank. I think, you can go ahead to follow this procedure.
