Sir,
We respectfully draw your attention to the condition of the road that connects our municipality with the Satkhira district headquarters. Unfortunately, due to the recent flood, the road has suffered significant damage and is now in a precarious state. This situation has caused great inconvenience to the students, who attend schools and colleges, and the people who travel to Satkhira for various purposes.
The road is riddled with potholes and large cracks, which has made it difficult for vehicles to travel safely. In addition, the stagnant water in these holes poses a danger to pedestrians who frequently fall and get drenched. As a result, the movement of all vehicles on this road has come to a halt.
Considering the plight of the students, travelers, and commuters, we kindly request that you take necessary measures to repair the road on an urgent basis. We believe that such action will greatly reduce the sufferings of the people and ensure smooth and safe travel on this road.

Sir,
We, the villagers of Dhalghat, P.S. Patiya in the district of Chittagong, beg to place the following facts before you for your kind consideration and immediate action.
That about more than six thousand people live in this village. There are various types of people such as farmers, service holders, businessmen, teachers, doctors and so on. Unfortunately, the condition of the roads of our village is deplorable. Most of the roads are katcha. During the rainy season, road communication is disrupted because many roads are inundated. The villagers face untold sufferings. Moreover, the female students face serious problem because they have to wade to go to school. Their clothings are marred. That is why, it becomes troublesome for them to attend school in the rainy season. It becomes very much difficult for a serious patient to go to the hospital.
In the above circumstances, we fervently pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to repair the roads of our village for the interest of the people as early as possible.

Respected Sir,
I am writing on behalf of the residents of Abdullapur village, situated in the Ulkar Astagram Upazila of your district, to bring to your attention the pressing need for the construction of a road in our area.
Abdullapur is a remote but densely populated village, with approximately 50,000 inhabitants. Despite its significant population, our village is located 20 kilometers away from the Upazila Headquarters, and there is no direct road connecting us to the town. This lack of infrastructure has severely hindered the daily lives of our residents, who are forced to travel on foot or by boat, especially during the rainy season, to access essential services such as shopping, banking, and healthcare.
The absence of a road has particularly affected the students of our village, who face immense challenges in commuting to their educational institutions. Additionally, the lack of access to modern facilities and services due to the absence of a road has compounded the difficulties faced by our residents.
In light of these challenges, we earnestly request your intervention in constructing a pacca (metallic) road from our village to the Upazila Headquarters. Such a road would not only alleviate the hardships faced by our residents but also facilitate economic development and improve the overall quality of life in our community.
We trust in your understanding and proactive measures to address this critical issue promptly. Your support in resolving the longstanding grievances of the residents of Abdullapur would be deeply appreciated.

These have caused big holes and breakage at different points of this road. Besides, this road works as flood resisting embankment, but due to the devastation of recent flood there are many breakages in it which might bring another drastic calamity in our locality. As a result, the people are suffering from much inconvenience. Because this road is mostly used by the people of this locality to communicate to other place for their day today life needs. About one thousand students come and go to school everyday along this road. So it is very essential to repair it for the smooth communication of thousands of people.
I, therefore, fervently request that you would be kind and convinced enough to take immediate arrangement for repairing the road and oblige thereby.

I, on behalf of the inhabitants of villages under your Upazila. beg to state that ours is a rural area of a large population.
About 20,000 people live here. It is a low-lying area. Almost every year floods occur our locality and damage our crops, properties, houses, trees, bridges and roads. The recent devastating flood
has caused untold losses and damages to our properties,crops, houses, bridges and roads. The roads of our locality have been         seriously damaged by the recent devastating flood. As a result, no vehicle can go along the road which runs through our village to the Upazila headquarters. Everyday thousands of rural people go to the Upazila headquarters along the road for different purposes and hundreds of students have to attend schools and college situated Upazila headquarters along the road. The people of our locality have been suffering much for a few months. Specially the sufferings of the female students know on bounds. Now the repairing of the damaged roads of our locality is badly needed very soon.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly take necessary steps to repair the damaged roads and remove our sorrows and sufferings.
