Now Dalalkandi village is inundated with violent flood. Most of the kacha houses have come down to the ground level. The owners of these houses are already homeless. Roadside is their residence. The men of the paka houses have taken shelters on their house tops. Some of them have -been town dwellers. A lot of people are suffering from want of food, clothing, pure drinking water, medicine etc. Besides, under the heap of a great havoc they are seeing anything dim. Again, various kinds of epidemic diseases have broken out like cholera. The old men afflicted with flood have become half dead.
Under above circumstances, I beseech that you would be considerate enough to provide with needful relief goods for the above mentioned famished victims of accursed flood.

The recent flood in the ‘P’ Union/Ward of Chittagong district has been unprecedented in its devastation. Never before have we witnessed such a drastic rise in water levels or sustained such extensive damage. Normal life has come to a standstill for an extended period. Thousands of people are facing despair, lacking food and clothing. The suffering of those affected is immeasurable. Crops have been severely affected, and many are now homeless, forced to live outdoors.
Furthermore, outbreaks of diseases like cholera, diarrhea, typhoid, and dysentery are becoming increasingly common, posing the risk of an epidemic. The affected population urgently requires basic necessities such as food, clothing, medicine, and clean drinking water. It is imperative for the government and other organizations to step in and provide assistance to alleviate the suffering of those affected.
I appeal to the relevant authorities to promptly allocate relief funds to assist the flood-affected population in this area. Immediate action is crucial in mitigating the hardships faced by the people.

Thousands of people are now without homes, food, or clothing. The suffering of those affected is immeasurable. Crops have been severely damaged, and many livestock have been swept away. Thousands of individuals are seeking refuge on rooftops, boats, and embankments. They are now exposed to the elements.
Furthermore, the flood has already claimed many lives. Diseases like cholera, diarrhea, typhoid, and dysentery have begun to spread. There is a risk of these diseases reaching epidemic proportions. The affected people urgently require food, clothing, medicines, and clean drinking water. It is imperative for the government and other organizations to step in and provide assistance to alleviate their suffering. Flood Devastation
The flood that has occurred recently in the ‘P’ Union / Ward of the district of Chittagong has broken all the records of the past. Never before did water level rise so high nor was the destruction so long. Normal activities have been stopped for a long time. Thousands of people have become hopeless, foodless and clothless. The miseries of the affected people know no bounds. Crops have been greatly damaged. People are now living under the open air.
Cholera, diarrohea, typhoid, dysentery etc have broken out here and there. They may turn in an epidemic form at any time. The affected people now need food, clothes, medicines and pure drinking water. The government and other organisations should come forward with the help to reduce the miseries of the affected people. I, would, in the circumstances, draw the attention of the authority concerned to sanction relief to the flood affected people of this area immediately to lessen the sufferings of the people.
