With due respect and humble submission, I, on behalf of the students of your college, beg to state that ours is an ideal college in the district. It has a great fame both for standard education and extra-curricular activities. The students of college participate in various relief works during any natural disasters like holding relief camp for the flood or cyclone victims. This time, we are interested to arrange a blood donation camp in our college campus. Really it is a great noble work. A blood donation camp can save many invaluable lives. This noble deed will inspire our young learners and others to take part in any noble activities. Our teachers have given their kind consent at this. Every religion believes (says) that nursing man means nursing God. Allah/ God loves him best who loves and serves His creatures. I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly permit us to arrange a blood donation camp in our college campus and enable (help) us to make the noble work successful.

Madam,
Most respectfully we would like to put forward before your honour the following point for favour of your kind consideration and necessary action. Most often we read in newspapers request for supplying bloods to save patients in our different hospitals. Also the same appeal we find in our day-today television programme. We think, all of us should respond to such appeals on humanitarian grounds.
Meanwhile, we had discussions with the Civil Surgeon, Chittagong General Hospital, who assured me of all technical assistance if we are ready to donate blood. We have seen that our students are enthusiastic in this regard.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind and convinced enough to give us permission to arrange a ‘Blood Donation Camp’ in the school campus.
