 I, Munni, on behalf of the students of our esteemed institution, am writing to bring to your kind attention a matter of concern that has been weighing heavily on the minds of the students. Our school is renowned for its excellent performance in both academics and extracurricular activities, and we take immense pride in being a part of this prestigious institution. However, we feel that there is a void in our school that needs to be filled, and that is the absence of a literary club. As you are aware, literary clubs are an integral part of educational institutions as they provide a platform for students to showcase their literary talents, engage in healthy debates and discussions, and participate in cultural activities. Moreover, a literary club would serve as a unifying force that would bring students from various backgrounds and age groups together, promoting harmony and camaraderie amongst the student community. It gives me great pleasure to inform you that two of our teachers have graciously agreed to mentor and guide us in setting up the literary club. We are confident that with their guidance and your kind support, we can create a literary club that will not only benefit the students but also enhance the reputation of our school. Therefore, we humbly request you to grant us permission to establish a literary club in our school, and we assure you that we will work diligently to make it a success. Ours is a reputed school with about 2000 students. There are many promising students in our school of literary taste who want to express their activities. This club will organize literary meetings, debates, seminars and other cultural activities from time to time. It will also foster the literary interests among the students.
