I, as a representative of the students of our esteemed high school, would like to bring to your attention a pressing matter. Our school is well-known for its outstanding academic record, and the students here are highly motivated to learn and expand their knowledge. However, we feel that the existing resources in our school library are inadequate to meet our needs.
As enthusiastic learners, we seek to broaden our horizons beyond the limited scope of textbooks, and indulge in literature that inspires and challenges us. However, the school library currently lacks a sufficient collection of novels, poetries, plays, stories, biographies, and other reference books that can cater to our diverse interests. Moreover, many of the books in the library are in poor condition, having been overused and mishandled.
Furthermore, the current infrastructure of the library is not up to par with the growing number of students. The seating arrangement, electric fans, and the availability of daily newspapers and magazines are inadequate, causing inconvenience to students who come to the library to read and study.
Therefore, on behalf of the student body, I would like to request your kind intervention in this matter. We sincerely urge you to consider acquiring more books for our library, particularly those that cover a wide range of subjects and appeal to the interests of different students. It would also be greatly appreciated if the library facilities could be improved, with more chairs and benches, better ventilation, and access to a wider range of periodicals.
We believe that investing in our school library will go a long way in enhancing our learning experience and helping us achieve our academic goals. We hope that you will give due consideration to our request and take necessary steps to fulfill it.

Apart from that our library room is not spacious enough to accommodate many students of a class at a time. So some students sit while some others roam about the room.

But it is regret that the tools of the library are not sufficient In proportion to the number of students of our college. Most of the students of our college are very studious (qfw) and bright. We need more books of new edition on different branches of different writers. We also need more chairs, tables and some electric fans. A library is an importantart of a school or a college.
