Subject: Application for the change of an elective subject
Dear Sir,
I humbly bring to your attention that I am a student of class 9, Science group, enrolled in Biology as an elective subject at the time of my admission. However, I must admit that I am currently facing immense difficulty in grasping the subject matter and find no interest in it. On the contrary, after attending several classes of Higher Mathematics, I have developed a keen interest in the subject and have discussed the matter with my teachers, who have encouraged me to make the change.
I firmly believe that pursuing Higher Mathematics will be much more beneficial for my academic progress and overall career prospects. As you are well aware, Science without Mathematics is incomplete, and therefore, I humbly request your kind permission to change my elective subject from Biology to Higher Mathematics. I am confident that this change will enable me to study without any interruption and attain greater academic achievements.
I sincerely hope that you will consider my case sympathetically and grant me permission to make the necessary change in my elective subject. Thank you for your kind attention and consideration.
Yours obediently,

Subject: Request for Change of Elective Subject
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to request a change in my elective subject.
As a student of class 9 in the Science group, I initially opted for Biology as my elective subject upon admission. However, upon further study and reflection, I have come to realize that I am facing significant challenges in understanding the subject matter and lack interest in Biology. Conversely, I have developed a strong interest in Higher Mathematics after attending several classes, and I believe that pursuing this subject will be more beneficial for my academic growth and future career prospects.
I have discussed this matter with my teachers, who have supported my decision and encouraged me to make the change. I firmly believe that studying Higher Mathematics will not only align better with my academic strengths but also complement my studies in the Science group, as Mathematics is fundamental to the understanding of various scientific concepts.
Therefore, I kindly request your permission to change my elective subject from Biology to Higher Mathematics. I am confident that this change will enable me to study more effectively and achieve greater success in my academic endeavors.
I assure you of my commitment to maintaining diligence and dedication in my studies, irrespective of the subject. Thank you for considering my request, and I sincerely hope for a favorable response.
Yours obediently,

Sub : Prayer for the change of an elective subject.
Sir,
Most respectfully and humbly, I beg to state that I am a student of class IX of Science group of your esteemed school. At the time of my admission, I took Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects and Mathematics as an elective one. Now Biology seems to me to be very complicated. Besides, I find no interest in Biology. So I wish to take Biology as an elective subject instead of
Mathematics.
In the circumstances, I fervently pray that you will be kind enough to give me permission to change my elective subject and for which act of your kindness, I shall remain ever grateful to you.
I beg to remain,
Sir,
Your most obedient pupil, Md. Samrat Hossain,
