Well, one of the things I make sure to do regularly to keep fit and healthy is going for a brisk walk. I usually take a stroll around my neighborhood every evening. It's not only a great way to unwind after a long day but also an effective way to get some exercise. I put on my favorite playlist, pop in my earphones, and just walk for about 30 minutes. This routine has become a daily habit for me, and I find it helps me maintain a good level of physical activity without being too strenuous.

Additionally, I've incorporated a few idioms, such as "brisk walk" and "unwind after a long day," to enhance the spoken English feel.

As for how often I engage in this activity, I make it a point to walk every day, rain or shine. It's become a non-negotiable part of my routine.
