Part 1 – Time Management

How do you organize your time?

I’m not always the most organized person, but the good news is that I’m not a procrastinator. I make sure to tackle what needs to be done first, such as errands or work tasks. Once I complete these essential tasks, I allow myself to relax.

Do you make plans every day?

No, I don’t. I prefer to be more spontaneous and not plan every minute of my day. Plans can change quickly, so I only outline what I need to do and how to accomplish it, letting my social interactions arise naturally.

Would you say you manage your time well?

More or less. I’m neither extremely organized nor disorganized. However, I always complete what is expected of me. On the downside, I sometimes struggle with planning things like vacations.

Are you ever late for anything?

Once in a blue moon! I’m quite strict about time, so I’m almost never late. The only times I’ve been late for work were due to traffic jams or accidents.

Do you think young people organize their time in the same way?

No, I don’t. It’s too general a question because everyone organizes their time differently. However, young people often have demanding work and study schedules, which might affect their time management compared to those with fewer commitments. Hence, they may need to prioritize more.

What’s the biggest difficulty you have when managing time?

The biggest challenge for me is balancing my social life. With a demanding work schedule, I sometimes lose track of time and forget to allocate time for friends and family. I’m working on finding a better way to manage this.
