Dear Robert,
I hope you are doing wonderfully well. In your last letter, you wanted to know about the city I live in. Today, I am very excited to tell you all about Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh.
Dhaka is an incredibly vibrant, bustling, and historically rich city situated on the banks of the Buriganga River. It is famously known as the "City of Mosques" and features a beautiful blend of ancient architecture and modern skyscrapers. Some of the most famous historical landmarks here include the Lalbagh Fort, Ahsan Manzil, and the Tara Mosque. Visiting these places feels like taking a walk right through the glorious history of the Mughal era.
However, Dhaka is also a rapidly growing, modern megacity. Areas like Gulshan and Banani are filled with modern shopping malls, corporate offices, and fine-dining restaurants. The street food culture here is absolutely amazing; you will find people enjoying local delicacies like fuchka, chotpoti, and kacchi biryani at almost every corner.
Of course, the city has its challenges. Because it is so densely populated, we often face heavy traffic jams during rush hours. But despite the chaos, the people of Dhaka are extremely warm-hearted, welcoming, and full of life. The city never truly sleeps.
I really hope you can visit Bangladesh someday and experience the unique charm of Dhaka yourself. I would love to be your personal tour guide.
Yours ever,
Rakib

Dear David,
Take my cordial love and best wishes. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of the Almighty. I received your letter yesterday. In it, you have described the beautiful city of London and expressed a keen desire to know about the city where I live. Now, I am writing to give you a brief description of my city.
I live in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. It is a historic, vibrant, and densely populated megacity situated on the banks of the river Buriganga. Dhaka is famously known as the "City of Mosques" because of its magnificent Islamic architecture, and it was once the prosperous provincial capital of the Mughal Empire.
Our city is a fascinating blend of the old and the new. In Old Dhaka, you will find narrow, bustling alleys, centuries-old Mughal establishments like the Lalbagh Fort and Ahsan Manzil, and a rich culture of incredibly delicious traditional food. On the other hand, the newer parts of Dhaka feature towering skyscrapers, modern universities, large shopping malls, and wide avenues. It is the absolute center of our country's economy, education, and culture.
Like any major megacity in the world, Dhaka has its share of problems. It is extremely busy, and the heavy traffic jams can sometimes be exhausting. However, the city has a unique, tireless soul. The people here are incredibly warm, hospitable, and festive. I truly love my city despite its daily chaos because it is so full of life and opportunities.
If you ever get the chance to visit Bangladesh, you must come to Dhaka. I would be absolutely thrilled to be your guide and show you around.
No more today. Please convey my best regards to your parents and love to your siblings. I eagerly look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours ever,
Hasan
