✅ Positive Degree into Superlative Degree

🔹 Rule 1: When the Positive Degree Starts with "No other"

Structure:

This rule is used when the sentence implies that the subject is the best among all. The phrase “no other” suggests absolute comparison.

✅ Examples:

1. Positive: No other boy in the class is as tall as Sabbir.

   Superlative: Sabbir is the tallest boy in the class.

2. Positive: No other student in the group is as brilliant as Tamim.

   Superlative: Tamim is the most brilliant student in the group.

3. Positive: No other city in the country is as clean as Rajshahi.

   Superlative: Rajshahi is the cleanest city in the country.

4. Positive: No other mountain in the world is as high as Everest.

   Superlative: Everest is the highest mountain in the world.

🔹 Rule 2: When the Positive Degree Starts with "Very few"

Structure:

5. noun used after very few

6. and the rest of the sentence

🧠 Explanation:

“Very few” suggests that the subject is among the best, but not necessarily the only best. So we use “one of the superlative” in the transformation.
