Respected Sir,

It is with deep regret that I inform you of my inability to undertake a scheduled journey on a chair coach bound for Jhenaidah, for which I have previously procured a ticket. Owing to unforeseeable circumstances, it has become untenable for me to embark on the aforementioned expedition. In light of this, I would be greatly obliged if you could process the cancellation of the ticket in question.

The ticket in question pertains to coach number 42, with the journey scheduled for the 25th of October, 2013, with seat B1 reserved for me.
