With due respect and humble submission, we, the students of your esteemed college, would like to draw your urgent attention to a highly disturbing issue that is currently ruining our academic environment. Over the past few weeks, a large number of professional beggars have started entering our college campus without any restriction.

These individuals frequently wander around the academic buildings, the main corridors, and even occasionally step into the open classrooms during active lecture hours. They aggressively approach the students during the tiffin breaks, demanding money and refusing to leave until they are paid. This constant harassment severely disturbs our peaceful learning environment and creates a persistent sense of insecurity among the student body.

To restore institutional discipline and ensure the safety of the campus, we urgently request the implementation of strict perimeter security measures. We propose that the main entrance gates be heavily monitored by trained security personnel, checking student ID cards, and that the entry of any unauthorized persons be completely prohibited during college hours.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take immediate and uncompromising steps to remove these trespassers from the campus, thereby ensuring a safe and peaceful educational environment for everyone.

Subject: Urgent request to restrict unauthorized entry on campus

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally request your immediate administrative intervention regarding a growing security crisis on our institution's premises. Over the past month, we have noticed a significant and concerning increase in the number of unaffiliated beggars freely trespassing on our school grounds during peak operational hours.

These individuals continuously manage to slip inside the campus through the side gates and frequently gather near the student canteen and the library entrance. They constantly follow and pester the students for alms, often using aggressive language when refused. This situation is causing widespread distress among the junior students and completely ruining the overall academic atmosphere of the institution.

It is imperative that the administration establishes a zero-tolerance policy against such trespassing before the situation escalates into incidents of minor theft. I propose that we immediately reinforce our main gate security and strictly mandate that all students and faculty visibly display their official ID cards to easily identify and remove any outsiders.

I strongly urge the security department to treat this matter with the utmost priority and deploy guards to continuously patrol the open corridors. I look forward to your prompt response and swift action to resolve this critical safety issue.
