With due respect, I, on behalf of the residents of Mirpur Section 10, would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unbearable and continuous sound pollution that has recently plagued our locality. We urgently seek your legal intervention to resolve this public nuisance that has destroyed our peaceful living environment.

Over the past few weeks, a group of local organizers has been setting up temporary event stages in the neighborhood field, playing extremely loud music over high-decibel amplifiers late into the night. Additionally, massive construction work on an adjacent commercial building is being carried out using heavy, noisy machinery without any regard for the government-mandated quiet hours.

This relentless noise is causing severe physical and mental distress to everyone residing in the neighborhood. Our HSC candidates are completely unable to concentrate on their board exam preparations during this critical time, and the elderly residents, especially those with pre-existing heart conditions, are suffering from severe insomnia and anxiety due to the constant vibrations.

We, therefore, earnestly pray and hope that you would be kind enough to deploy a police patrol to our area immediately, enforce the strict anti-noise regulations, and take severe legal action against the offenders to restore peace in our society.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally request your immediate administrative intervention regarding the extreme sound pollution currently terrorizing the residents of our neighborhood. Despite several verbal warnings from the local community leaders, the situation has rapidly deteriorated, leaving us with no option but to seek your direct legal assistance.

Recently, several unauthorized commercial workshops and metal fabrication units have started operating on the ground floors of our residential apartment buildings. These workshops utilize heavy mechanical saws, industrial drills, and massively loud diesel generators continuously from early morning until long past midnight, showing absolutely no respect for the city's residential zoning laws.

The continuous high-frequency noise and heavy structural vibrations are making it utterly impossible for the residents to lead a normal, healthy life. Children are unable to focus on their homework, working professionals cannot get adequate rest, and the constant mechanical roaring is inducing chronic headaches, stress, and severe hearing issues among the local population.

I strongly urge your department to conduct an immediate inspection of these unauthorized commercial setups and enforce strict legal measures to permanently halt this intolerable noise pollution. Your swift and decisive action will save our entire community from further health hazards and daily psychological suffering.
