Without proper audio support, our teachers are forced to strain their voices, and students seated in the middle and back rows struggle to hear the lectures clearly over the ambient noise from the street and ceiling fans.

To solve this continuous issue, we urgently request the installation of modern smart sound systems in all the large classrooms. Equipping these rooms with wireless lapel microphones for the teaching staff and evenly distributed surround-sound speakers will ensure that every single student can follow the lessons perfectly. This simple technical addition will prevent the loss of attention, reduce teacher fatigue, and help maintain strict discipline during long lecture hours.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to understand our difficulties and take immediate steps to install these necessary audio facilities, thereby obliging us.

As we continuously strive to provide the best learning environment, it has become apparent that our larger instructional spaces require immediate technical intervention regarding their audio capabilities.

Due to the recent increase in student enrollment, classes are now frequently held in the expansive main lecture halls. Unfortunately, the sheer size of these rooms makes it nearly impossible for an instructor’s natural speaking voice to clearly reach the back benches. This poor acoustic environment leads to frequent misunderstandings of the lesson material, involuntary distractions among the students, and severe vocal strain for our teaching faculty.

Implementing a smart sound system is the most effective and professional solution to this daily logistical challenge. We request the provision of modern, integrated audio setups, specifically utilizing noise-canceling wireless microphones and strategically mounted wall speakers. This equipment will not only drastically improve speech intelligibility but will also integrate seamlessly with the digital videos and multimedia presentations we currently use.
