Recently, the unauthorized entry and presence of outsiders on our college campus have increased at an alarming rate.

These outsiders frequently wander around the college corridors, the central canteen, and the main academic buildings during active class hours. Their loud conversations and undisciplined behavior severely disturb the peaceful learning environment that our institution is known for. Furthermore, recent incidents of harassment and minor altercations with our students have created a persistent sense of insecurity, especially among the female student body.

To restore discipline and ensure the absolute safety of the students and faculty, we urgently request the implementation of strict campus security measures. We propose that wearing student ID cards be made mandatory at all times, trained security personnel be deployed at all entrance gates, a strict visitor logbook be maintained for official guests, and functional CCTV cameras be monitored continuously.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take immediate and uncompromising steps to stop the entry of outsiders, thereby ensuring a safe and peaceful educational environment for everyone.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally request your immediate administrative intervention regarding a growing security crisis on our institution's premises. Over the past few weeks, we have noticed a significant and concerning increase in the number of unaffiliated outsiders trespassing on our school grounds during operational hours.

These unauthorized individuals frequently gather near the main gates and manage to slip inside the campus during the morning arrival and afternoon dismissal rushes. Once inside, they occupy the student seating areas, disrupt the academic atmosphere with excessive noise, and have recently been involved in verbal disputes with our regular students, causing widespread distress among parents and staff.

It is imperative that we establish a zero-tolerance policy against such trespassing before the situation escalates further. I propose that we immediately reinforce our perimeter security and restrict access strictly to verified students, teachers, and staff members. Furthermore, we must implement a protocol where any visiting parent or official guest is required to sign in at the reception desk to receive a temporary, visible visitor pass.

I strongly urge the management committee to treat this matter with the utmost priority and authorize the campus security department to take the necessary measures to secure our grounds. I look forward to your prompt response and swift action to resolve this critical safety issue.
