Mr. Rahman, being an active and highly responsible senior citizen, immediately jogged towards the fallen man to see what was terribly wrong. He noticed that the middle-aged man was clutching his chest tightly, his breathing was heavily labored, and his face was completely pale.

Realizing from his past experiences that it might be a severe, life-threatening heart attack, Mr. Rahman quickly checked the man's pulse, which was dangerously weak and irregular. He knew that every single passing second was highly critical for the patient's survival. Without waiting for anyone else to gather around and waste precious time discussing the situation, he immediately pulled out his cell phone and dialed the national emergency ambulance service. While waiting, he continuously rubbed the man's cold hands and feet to keep his blood circulating, speaking loudly to keep him somewhat conscious.
