Deep meditation makes one forgetful of petty thing

Sir Isaac Newton was often so absorbed in his studies that he would forget about the simple, everyday tasks of life. His mind was always busy solving complex problems, and sometimes, he would lose track of time and his surroundings. One morning, while he was deeply engaged in his work, the housekeeper sent a maid servant to prepare his breakfast, which included boiling an egg.

The maid servant, following the usual routine, went to boil the egg for him. However, Sir Isaac Newton was so focused on his studies that he didn't notice her presence in the room. Not wanting to disturb him, the maid servant left the egg on the table next to his wristwatch and went away. The egg was meant to be boiled for exactly three minutes.

However, in his absent-mindedness, Sir Isaac Newton did not place the egg in the saucepan. Instead, he mistakenly picked up his wristwatch and placed it in the boiling water, completely unaware of his mistake. When the maid servant returned, she was astonished to find the wristwatch boiling in the saucepan instead of the egg.

The Mother Arises in a Real Mother

The Quazi listened to both women’s pleas and called them to appear before him.

Each woman claimed that the living baby was hers. After considering both sides, the Quazi devised a plan to uncover the truth. He told them that he would cut the baby into two equal parts and give one half to each of them. At this, the real mother of the baby broke down in tears and begged the Quazi not to harm her child. She pleaded, "Please, let my child live. Give him to the other woman, I just want him to be alive." The false mother, however, stayed silent and made no objection.

The Quazi immediately knew who the real mother was. He ordered that the baby be handed over to the woman who had shown such deep love and concern. The false mother was punished for her deceit. In this way, the true mother’s love for her child was revealed, and justice was served..
