Dear Albert,

I was so happy to receive your sweet letter yesterday. You mentioned that you have a long vacation coming up and that you are very interested in visiting South Asia. I would like to cordially invite you to visit my beautiful homeland, Bangladesh, during your holidays.

Winter is the absolute best time to visit our country. The weather is cool, dry, and very pleasant. Bangladesh is a land of unmatched natural beauty, and I promise you will be fascinated by the endless green landscapes, the golden paddy fields, and the simple lifestyle of the village people.

If you come, I have a great plan for us. We will visit the Sundarbans, the world’s largest mangrove forest, where we might catch a glimpse of the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. Then, we can travel to Sylhet to see the stunning evergreen tea gardens and the beautiful Madhabkunda waterfall. Finally, we will go to Cox's Bazar to relax on the longest natural sea beach in the world.

Our people are known worldwide for their warm hospitality, and my family would be absolutely delighted to host you. Please think about it and let me know your flight dates so I can receive you at the airport.

Looking forward to your positive reply.

Yours sincerely,

Robi

I hope you are well. I am also fine here. I received your letter yesterday and was very happy to know that you are interested in visiting Asian countries. Today I am writing to invite you to visit Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a small but very beautiful country. It is full of natural beauty, green fields, rivers, and peaceful villages. The people of our country are very friendly and hospitable. I am sure you will enjoy the warm welcome from everyone here.

Patherghata,

Chittag ong,

My dear Arif,

Your letter is just to hand. In it you have clearly stated about your village. I became really enchanted knowing about the beauty of your village. Indeed the description you presented fascinates any nature lover like me. However, you showed keen interest to know about my village. Well, here it is.

With the green fields and with the cool and calm shade of the trees our village stands on the river. The name of our village is It is in the district of About five thousand people live in our village. Most of them are Muslims. There are also a few Hindus, Buddhists and Christians. They live in peace and harmony. The villages are mostly farmers or labourers. Some are potters, weavers, blacksmiths, fishermen and so on. There is a big market in our village. It is the heart of our village which throbs with the activities of the villagers. There are some brick- built buildings such as the mosque and primary and high school building. There are also a post office, a health-care centre and community centre. Our village has a good road, which links the village with the highway. The village is rich in cultural activities like ‘Jatra’, ‘Jarigan’, boat-race and bullock-race. Our village is also famous for cottage industries. Our village is a peaceful village with a number of educated people. I hope this could meet your curiosity about my village. So you can come and spend a few days with me in our village home.

This is all for today. Hope to hear from you.

With love and best wishes.

Yours ever,

‘Fahim’

My dear Habib,

I hope this letter finds you well. Thank you for your sweet note; it was lovely to hear from you. I'm doing well, and I trust the same is true for you. Our exams have come to an end, and with that, our college will be closed for the next week.

I've decided to spend the upcoming vacation at my native village, and I would like to extend an invitation to you to join me for a few days there. You can easily reach our village by bus.

Our village is an old and spacious one, situated along the banks of the mighty river Meghna. The natural beauty of our village is unparalleled, with vast green fields and a variety of domestic animals. Our village is adorned with numerous wooden and fruit trees, attracting hundreds of birds throughout the year. The people in our village are known for their simplicity, kindness, and sociability. We have a rich cultural heritage, with activities like Jatra, Jarigan, Kabigan, and Sarigan being popular among the locals.

Waking up to the sweet chirping of birds is a common occurrence in our village, and it's truly a serene and peaceful experience. Every year, our village attracts many tourists who come to admire its beauty.

My parents and grandfather would be delighted to have you join us in our village. I'm hopeful that you'll be able to spend a few days with me during the next summer vacation.

Looking forward to your company. No more for today.

With my best wishes to you,

Yours ever,

Baset
