Over the past few months, we have observed a deeply concerning trend where poor and marginalized parents are secretly marrying off their underage daughters. These young girls are being forced to drop out of school, entirely destroying their educational prospects and exposing them to severe health risks associated with early pregnancy. Furthermore, the hateful practice of dowry is being openly demanded under the guise of "gifts." When poor families fail to meet these continuous illegal demands, the young brides are subjected to unspeakable physical and mental torture.

What is most frustrating is the passive role of the local administration. While there are occasional awareness campaigns, there is a severe lack of immediate legal intervention when a child marriage is reported. The local authorities often fail to arrive on time to stop these illegal ceremonies, allowing the perpetrators to easily escape the law.

We, therefore, earnestly pray and hope that you would realize the gravity of this social crisis and take immediate, uncompromising steps. We desperately need you to deploy active mobile courts, hold the local representatives accountable, and ensure strict legal punishment for anyone involved in child marriage and dowry, thereby saving our society from this terrible darkness.

The local community is desperately looking to your highest administrative office for protection. Relying solely on verbal awareness is no longer working. We urgently require the implementation of continuous mobile courts, the establishment of emergency hotlines that guarantee immediate police deployment, and strict monitoring of local marriage registrars to prevent the falsification of birth certificates.

I strongly urge you to launch a coordinated, district-wide legal crackdown against these social offenses. Your strict and decisive administrative intervention is the only way to establish the rule of law and secure a safe, dignified future for the young girls of our society.
