Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, we, the students of your esteemed college, would like to draw your kind attention to the miserable condition of our college cafeteria. Although our college is recognized as one of the best educational institutions in the city, the current state of our canteen completely fails to reflect that high standard.

At present, the cafeteria is entirely inadequate to serve the large number of students currently enrolled in the college. During the main tiffin break, the room becomes overwhelmingly crowded, making it nearly impossible to find a seat or even stand comfortably to eat. Furthermore, the overall hygienic environment is very poor, with dirty tables, improper waste disposal, and a severe lack of proper ventilation making the area suffocating.

Besides the structural issues, the quality of the food served is highly unsatisfactory and poses a serious health risk to the students. The menu is mostly limited to oily, unhygienic fast food, and the prices charged are unreasonably high compared to the local market. We urgently need a spacious, well-ventilated cafeteria that provides fresh, nutritious, and subsidized meals prepared under strict hygienic supervision.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to personally inspect the situation and take immediate administrative steps to improve the cafeteria facilities, thereby obliging us.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention the deteriorating conditions of our college cafeteria and to propose urgent infrastructural upgrades. As students spend a significant portion of their day on campus, having access to a proper, hygienic dining facility is absolutely essential for our daily health and academic focus.

Currently, the cafeteria environment is highly unwelcoming and fundamentally unequipped to handle the daily student rush. The seating capacity is severely limited, forcing many students to eat their meals standing in the corridors or outside in the heat. Moreover, the lack of dedicated cleaning staff means that tables frequently remain littered with leftover food and wrappers throughout the lunch hour, creating a highly unsanitary atmosphere.

To resolve these critical issues, we propose an immediate expansion of the dining area and a complete overhaul of the current catering management. We urgently need the administration to hire a professional catering service that strictly adheres to food safety standards and offers a balanced menu of fresh, nutritious food at reasonable student rates. Additionally, installing proper handwashing stations and heavy-duty ventilation fans is absolutely necessary.

I strongly urge the administration committee to take this matter seriously and initiate a remodeling plan before the situation leads to a campus-wide health issue. Your prompt intervention in improving our campus life would be highly appreciated.
