Unfortunately, upon carefully checking my document, I discovered a critical spelling error regarding my father’s name printed on the card. The name has been printed as "Md. Kamrul Hossen" instead of the correct spelling "Md. Kamrul Hasan." If this mistake is not rectified immediately, it will severely mismatch with my previous SSC academic transcripts and cause massive legal and administrative complications during my future university admission process.

To facilitate the immediate correction process, I have attached all the necessary supporting documents with this application. I have enclosed the attested photocopies of my previous SSC certificate, my official online birth certificate, and a copy of my father’s National ID card as concrete proof of the correct spelling.
