One day, Rahim could not tolerate the situation anymore. He decided to leave the family and live alone in a separate house. He thought that living alone would give him peace and freedom from quarrels. So, he built a small hut on the outskirts of the village and started living there.

At first, he felt relieved. He enjoyed silence and no one disturbed him. But after a few days, he started facing problems. He had to cook his own food, fetch water from a distant well, and take care of everything by himself. When he fell ill one day, there was no one to look after him. He realized how lonely life could be.

Meanwhile, back in his family, a small incident changed everyone’s attitude. One evening, a fire broke out in the house. In that critical moment, all the family members forgot their quarrels and worked together to save their home. They helped one another and finally controlled the fire. This incident made them realize the importance of unity and cooperation.

After recovering from his illness, Rahim understood his mistake as well. He realized that although his family had problems, they still cared for one another in times of need. একদিন একটি বাঘ নদী থেকে জল খাচ্ছিল। সে দেখতে পেল একটি কচ্ছপ পাশ দিয়ে হেঁটে যাচ্ছে। লাফ দিয়ে সে কচ্ছপটিকে ধরে ফেলল। কচ্ছপের খোলসটি খুব কঠিন ছিল। বাঘটি তার যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেছিল এটি ভাঙতে। কিন্তু সে ব্যর্থ হয়েছিল। সে বারবার চেষ্টা করেছিল কিন্তু ফলাফল একই রকম ছিল।

বাঘটি কচ্ছপকে বলল যে তার খোলসটি ভাঙা তার পক্ষে খুব কঠিন। সে কচ্ছপকে আরও বলল যে সে কচ্ছপটিকে আগুনে ফেলে দেবে। কচ্ছপ ভয় পেয়ে গেল। কিন্তু সে তা প্রকাশ করল না। সে বাঘকে বলল, "কোন সমস্যা নেই, স্যার, আগুন আমার ভালো বন্ধু। সে আমাকে খুব পছন্দ করে।" বাঘটি কচ্ছপের কৌশল বুঝতে পারল না। তাই, সে কচ্ছপকে আবার জিজ্ঞাসা করল যে সে আগুনকে ভয় পায় কিনা। কচ্ছপ তাকে একই কথা বলল। এতে বাঘটি খুব রেগে গেল।

তারপর বাঘটি বলল যে সে এটিকে জলে ফেলে দেবে। কচ্ছপটি খুব খুশি হল কিন্তু প্রকাশ করল না। সে দুঃখে চিৎকার করে ভান করল যে সে জলকে ভয় পায়। সে বললো যে সে পানিতে মারা যাবে। সে বাঘকে অনুরোধ করলো যেন তাকে পানিতে ফেলে না দেয়। কিন্তু বোকা বাঘটি কচ্ছপের কথা শুনে হেসে উঠলো। সে কচ্ছপটিকে নদীতে ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিল। এভাবে কচ্ছপটি নিষ্ঠুর বাঘের হাত থেকে পালাতে এবং তার জীবন বাঁচাতে সফল হলো।
