I hope you are doing well and studying hard. I am also doing my best to prepare for the upcoming board exams. I am writing this letter because I need a bit of help from you.

I heard from some of our classmates that the education board has officially published the routine for the ensuing HSC examination online. I have been trying to download it from the official website since yesterday morning, but my internet connection has been very slow. Whenever I click the download link, it shows a server error, and the page simply times out.

As the exams are drawing near, I really need to see the routine so that I can organize my final study schedule and distribute my time properly among the subjects. Since you usually stay updated with these things, I was wondering if you have already downloaded the PDF file.

Could you please do me a favor and send a clear picture or the downloaded copy of the routine to my email address? It would be a massive help to me right now.
