Sir,
With due respect and humble submission we, the students of Class IX / X would like to let you know that we are badly in need of a supplementary Programme on English Language Special Coaching in our school.
As an international language, English is very much important for us. There is none who can deny the importance of this language in our day-today life. But still there are students who can’t use English, especially in speaking. As you know, writing skill in a language is not enough for any student. At the same time, speaking is a must. Though the students of our school are going on with their course of learning English, they do not pay importance to speak the language. As a result, they lack the speaking efficiency. In this context, we feel the necessity of having and undertaking supplementary Programme on English Language Special Coaching to make the students efficient in language skills.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind and convinced enough to realise the situation and take the necessary steps to run a supplementary Programme on English Language Special Coaching for which we shall be ever grateful.
